Supportive by design
Health & longevity
A living environment that makes healthy habits easier, without confusing wellbeing with a medical guarantee.
The environment as an everyday foundation
Air, light, restful sleep, acoustics, nature, movement, nutrition and meaningful relationships are aligned within the living environment.

EL PANTHEON Resort & Retreats — space to breathe
Imagine a stay where the day begins with the landscape, followed by movement, a seasonal meal and unhurried time. In our development vision, EL PANTHEON connects private hospitality, nature, restful sleep and personal attention. Resorts and retreats will offer space for a longer stay; the concept is developed for each location. Opening dates, facilities and programmes have not yet been established.

Private city spas — the heart of our longevity hubs
Not every moment of calm requires a journey. The private city spas are designed as a local gateway to the wider network: a place for relaxation, movement, meeting others and personal guidance close to home. We are exploring combinations of spa, massage, quiet movement spaces and food offerings. Proposed wellness facilities are assessed for safety and suitability at each location before they are offered.

From a stay to an everyday rhythm
The concepts connect a retreat with life at home. A calm sleeping environment, appropriate movement, seasonal meals and experiences of nature are possible elements. Personal guidance is voluntary. Diagnostics or treatment can take place only through authorised professionals and under separate arrangements; a membership does not promise a health outcome.

LAB BAMBA™ — food as an everyday connection
The proposed services include fresh meals for residents, a prepared pantry on arrival and garden-to-table offerings from local producers. LAB BAMBA™ can thus connect residences, private city spas and retreats. Products, allergens, availability, prices and anything included are confirmed only in a specific offer.

Optional guidance
Coaching, preventive programmes, retreats and local health professionals may be available at individual locations. Medical services always require authorised providers and separate arrangements.

A holistic approach and informed choice
We view wellbeing as the relationship between the living environment, nutrition, sleep, movement, mental calm, social connection and personal values. Where local law permits, herbal medicine, including phytotherapy, and other complementary approaches may be offered only through appropriately qualified professionals. They do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment and are never a reason to postpone or discontinue conventional care, prescribed medication or emergency care. Every resident retains the freedom to make their own choices based on transparent information.

The Netherlands and Portugal
In the Netherlands, providers, products and communications must comply with the applicable healthcare, medicines, food and advertising rules. In Portugal, fitoterapia falls within the regulated framework for terapêuticas não convencionais, with professional and registration requirements. The specific offering is therefore assessed legally and professionally for each location and jurisdiction before it becomes available.

Blue Life, privacy first
A future digital environment could help residents manage preferences and wellbeing data at their own request. Data minimisation, explicit consent, access, correction and deletion are design requirements.
