Within the development vision of Dark Blue Hybrid Living™, EL PANTHEON stands for intimate wellness, mindful calm and personal attention. Resorts and retreats connect stays with nature; private city spas bring that experience into the city. This is a proposed hospitality concept. Facilities, opening, access, reservations and any additional charges are confirmed for each location. Only what is expressly stated in your personal service package is included. Wellness is not medical treatment or a guarantee of health outcomes.

Investment & rental
Proposed purchase of a T1 unit with availability for rental for 45 weeks per year. Price, operation, costs, personal use and purchase terms will follow in the project documents. No return is guaranteed.

Of the 18 proposed Hybrid Living units, 9 are open for nonbinding expressions of interest. The other 9 remain in the programme reserve.
