A long-term relationship centred on living, wellbeing, freedom and belonging, rather than a discount club. Your individual membership contribution is determined only after intake and an appropriate residence and service match.
One community, with an optional closer connection
Every member deserves the same attention, safety and respect. Alongside your residence and service package, we are preparing an optional loyalty programme. You can be a member without joining this additional programme. Status, contract duration and paid services remain separate.
Membership and residence
The signed agreement determines the residence, duration and included services. Status names, prices and quantities are communicated only once the programme is approved.
Stay entitlements and services
Residence Nights, wellness visits, booking priority and additional services follow separately agreed entitlements. Blue Credits remain a separate, optional loyalty programme.
El Pantheon and hospitality
Access to El Pantheon may form part of its own clubmembership or an eligible Dark Blue Hybrid Living-membership. Entitlements and participating locations are agreed before joining.
Selection
We assess mutual compatibility in values, daily rhythm, privacy, community and the Zone’s capacity. The process is human-led, explainable and non-discriminatory.
