RESIDENCE PASSPORT™
Your stay, clearly documented.
The existing Residence Passport shows annually allocated, used, reserved and remaining nights, duration, category, seasonal entitlements, booking priority, destinations and stays once the central contract data is connected.
Residence Entitlements, Blue Credits, paid upgrades, complimentary benefits and promotional rewards remain separate. Unused entitlements may expire at the end of their contract period where legally and contractually applicable; this should be visible before booking and around the expiry date.

Before activation, the legal classification, operator, pre-contractual information, applicable cooling-off period, cancellation and complaints procedure are established. A programme's name does not determine the applicable law. Contract versions, consents and acceptance are recorded.
