The LAB BAMBA model connects our Green Zones and food hubs with approved plant-based restaurants. Partners source through this network: our own harvests and separately approved ingredients pass through the same provenance and quality checks.

From growing location to dish.

For a released ingredient, you can see the producer, region, growing location or food hub, harvest date and batch review. The source belongs to the reviewed recipe version. If the batch changes, expires or is withdrawn, the linked dish is no longer shown as an approved menu item.

Quality requires evidence.

DBE assesses cultivation, traceability and available analyses against the recorded guideline and the requirements of the delivery country. An analysis has a sampling date, a panel of substances and measurement limits. Below the measurement limit does not mean zero. We therefore do not use a batch review as a general guarantee that all unwanted substances are absent.

Complete laboratory reports, supplier files and internal batch codes remain in the authorised business environment. Members see the released provenance information and review date.

Understand what is on your plate.

Dishes show composition, allergens and available nutritional values. The nutritional profile explains quantities and provides substantiated general context about the body. It does not predict an individual reaction, blood acidity or medical outcome.

Procurement within LAB BAMBA.

Approved restaurant partners can request a quantity and preferred delivery date from reviewed harvest batches. DBE handles the request in the same environment. Prices, current stock, payment and delivery are only confirmed once the operational connection and supplier information are available.

The menu and procurement environment refresh from the same DBE source. The connections to Odoo and the native app are verified separately.
